- Shipping timelines depend on product type, supplier availability, and installation schedules.
- You will receive updates on expected delivery dates after order confirmation.
- Any delays due to force majeure, supplier shortages, or logistical issues will be communicated promptly.
- Delivery charges (if applicable) will be communicated before order finalization.
3. Installation Scheduling
For service bookings, our team will contact you to confirm appointment dates. Changes may incur rescheduling fees if notice is not provided within the specified time frame.
4. Refunds & Returns
Products
- Inspection: Products must be inspected upon delivery.
- Returns may be accepted only if:
- Items are damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- You provide photos and proof of purchase.
- Custom / Made-to-order stone slabs or fabricated pieces are non-returnable unless defective.
Services
- Cancellations should be requested in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.
